You can also purchase access for up to 2 additional children without the need of a new membership.

Up to 3 children. The first child is automatically included in your membership.

Up to 2 additional children’s access can be purchased at an extra cost of £1 per month or £10 per year per child.

Each child will have their own customisable profile and personalised learning path.

Children who are part of your membership will have their unique username and password to access Nasihah World. To set up your Child’s profile, please follow the instructions below:

1. Login to your parent account
2. Click on «+Child »
3. Enter your child details
4. Repeat the same steps to add more children.

Would you wish to add more children to your membership, you can purchase additional child access by:

1. Login to your parent account
2. Click on « My Account »
3. Click on « Purchase Additional Child »
4. Enter your child details

The membership we offer is family-based requiring an adult account to be active for managing children’s access to content, assigning them tasks, and tracking their progress.

This will also enable you to use Nasihah World and benefit from the content should you wish to do so.

Yes. Although all content has been assessed to be child friendly, however they might be some topics that are sensitive to younger children. To block topics from your child:

1. Login to your parent account
2. Click on « Manage »
3. Click on « Lock topic »

To assign homework to your child:

1. Login to your parent account
2. Click on « Assign homework »

No, we do not see, process or keep your credit card information. All payment details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe) for maximum security.

You can cancel your subscription anytime on Nasihah World. After the subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged on the next billing cycle. You will continue to have the benefits of your current subscription until it expires.

Since we offer a free trial period, we do not provide refunds or credits for any partially used membership periods. After you cancel your account, you will continue to have access to the Service until the current billing period ends.
